Commutator
Maintenance Products

Commstones With comstones, it is not necessary to take a
machine out of service to surface its commutator and slip ring. It can
quickly remove flat spots, high bars, grooves, ridges and high mica. Five
grades (roughness) and some standard sizes for choice.
Rubber Bond Cleaning Stones
Rubber bond cleaning stones are excellent for removing surface imperfections
from any metal, recommended in commutator maintenance for periodic cleanings
of surface.
Brush
Seater With brush seater, carbon brushes of any material can be easily
and accurately seated for a good contact with commutator and slip ring.
Garnet
Commutator Paper
Commutator Paper is non-condutive and is used for pre-shaping new copper

Activated
Carbon
| Activated
carbon is an adsorbent, available as black granules, spheres, pellets
or powder which is used in the purification of air, gas, vapor and
liquid in food, mining, automotive, chemicals, environmental, precious
metals recovery industries, together with numerous other applications.
It is mainly manufactured from carbonaceous vegetable or mineral raw
materials by chemical or high temperature steam activation. All activated
carbons are characterized by an extensive network or internal pores
of neat molecular dimensions and consequently, internal surface areas
of 500 ~ 1500m2/gm or more. The pore size distribution
and chemical/polar nature of the surface markedly influences the selective
adsorption function. Typically, 1m3 of activated carbon
with 0.3m3 of internal pores can adsorb 30m3
or more of a gas, even if present in low concentrations in a carrier. |
